What it does
For starters, this system is ALMOST COMPLETELY HANDS OFF, AND TAKES JUST A FEW MINUTES A WEEK TO MAINTAIN.
Really once you start the system, you just add one bag of Renewal, making it an ideal system for frequent travelers and vacation-takers. BioGuard’s Mineral Spring system uses easy to apply minerals and a device that automatically produces a chlorine sanitizer. Mineral Springs is considered a chlorine pool, but the minerals creates a softness to the water like no other system.
How it works
Necessary elements from the minerals pass through the Mineral Springs cell to produce the sanitizer. The minerals are converted into free chlorine (working chlorine) that kills bacteria and algae. The cell, along with the flow detector a plumbed directly into the pool return line. The flow switch tells the controller that the water is flowing and that the generation process can start. The temperature and mineral level sensors keeps the unit calibrated regardless water temperature.
